"Professional Modeling/ The Fashion Industry: The New Slave Trade."

What are the common issues to both the modern-day fashion industry and that of the African Slave Trade. What does ownership of one's body mean? How does the idea of modesty transgress in modern society and for the descendents of African slaves did the current day lack of modesty begin with cases of Black, female exploitation such as Sara Baartman?

Might get better responses if you put in a little more effort than just copy/pasting an essay question.
