Stretchy, light wool knit. Surprisingly warm and slightly sheer. Cotton poplin? paneling details.
Bought this from michaelkard but its too short for me. I believe its size small, but go by the measurements. Between us (the only two owners afaik) it has been worn less than a handful of times (only twice by myself), so its in great condition. Slight pilling that mk said was how it came from the store.
