hey,<div><br class="khtml-block-placeholder" /></div><div>i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get selvage jeans hemmed in tokyo? an address would be nice too! i understand that the tailor needs a specific type of machine to do this work. any info would be appreciated!</div>

there are at least 50 stores that will do it in tokyo, you&#39;ll have to be a bit more specific.

there&#39;s hinoya and americaya in ueno. you can&#39;t miss them, they&#39;re huge denim stores under the railway.

just an fyi:<div><br class="khtml-block-placeholder" /></div><div>americaya and hinoya said they weren&#39;t able to hem my jeans but they sent me to a place around the corner called magazines that did for 2,000 yen. and they did a fine job!</div>

that&#39;s a ripoff. i had many many many jeans hemmed at americaya. they charge something like 850 yen.
