What I like to do is use the links that proxies like SharpService provide. If you go to www.sharpservice.jp they have links to where you can find popular brands, and they'll have their categories/terms on yahoo.jp linked. It's really useful.

for m.a+ just search for MA+ or M.A+ and most sellers will put "cdiem / <SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial Unicode MS'">???????" in the title</SPAN></P>

???????</p>

It looks like stuff gets listed under both, but ??????? is a bit more proper.
Also, Viridi-anne: ??????
</p>

edit: and in MA+, in katakana, should be either ??????? -- 'M A cross'. No results right now on Yahoo JP, but you can get a lot more on google.

There's a japanese translation I use for MA+ that brings up items the english text does not. Again, crashed computer. Will get that up when I get my computer back from the mac store.

Two ones I was wondering about, does anyone know the translation / if there's a good way to search for stuff from Final Home and BLESS? Also, when you guys search do you just look through the brands, or when making searches for specific articles (i.e. "Cloak shoes") are there translations for like "shoes" or "jacket?" (edit: just noticed the above post listing named categories so disregard the latter query)<DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV>

There's a japanese translation I use for MA+ that brings up items the english text does not. Again, crashed computer. Will get that up when I get my computer back from the mac store.

Any word on what this translation was? I get precious few items by MA+, even when compared to designers who produce in analogously limited quantities...</p>

I buy regularly on yahoo jp because brands as viridi-anne, julius, attachment and alike are impossible to find here in Belgium (or at least I never found them). while it's true that there aren't a lot of buyers, I don't find it to be that expensive. but I think a lotmay haveto do with the exchange rates (the dollar being very low and the euro very high).

It says under the price. ? is days and <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times; font-size: 16px; "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 13px; ">?? is minutes. You can also see the end date at the second last spot in that column.</span></span></p>

I find it a lot easier to navigate by just putting the links into <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 12px; white-space: pre; ">http://www.google.com/language_tools</span></p>

<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 12px; white-space: pre; ">then once it's translated you can keep clicking for new pages, categories, etc, and each page gets translated. The translation isn't great, but at least you can see all the basic information decently, size, measurements, etc.</span></p>

<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 12px; white-space: pre; ">Like, http://66.102.9.104/translate_c?hl=en&amp;langpair=ja%7Cen&amp;u=http://list2.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/2084048655-category.html</span></p>

It isn't pretty, but it works.<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 12px; white-space: pre; "> <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 13px; white-space: normal; "> </span></span></p>

just a point for anyone looking for junya [or comme for that matter] - sometimes you can get good results as well as save yourself time if you know what line a particular item comes from.</p>

e.g. if you're looking for the old junya north face/goldwin goretex jackets, add a GORE to your string. i like to add EYE as well to look for his eYe collabs. other things to tack on: MAN, <span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: separate; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: 'Courier New'; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px;">????? [LEVI'S], </span>SHIRT, HOMME PLUS...etc.
</p>

quite CDG specific as they have so many lines, and so many collaborations.

have any of you had success in doing this?

I think you'd be better off finding a friend of a friend who's in Japan and getting them to buy something for you.

Most private sellers accept payment by either "yahoo easy payment" which takes credit card but requires a Japanese address and bank account, or a wire transfer from a local ATM, so as Faust said you might run into some problems there.

Is there a way to sort by newly listed?

Check the "NEW" box on the left side of the listings and click on the search-button right below it. It's the only option that's written in Alphabet.

i believe that will give you items that are in new condition rather then newly listed.

How many ways to write Carol Christian Poell? Sometimes I type Cdiem, it also shows up CCP goods, while I copy the one in the index lest, it doesn't appear.

This will be better to keep search at moment in English actually as not so much stockist here has it.
