Related: Fuuma and I will be traveling to Antwerp on Wednesday. I was there a year ago... are there any new places I should check out that weren't there last year?

How do we know where you went? :-)

You should have dinner at Fiske Bar - delicious, freshest seafood. You should check out Sien - even though it's all womenswear, they have an interesting lineup. I hear the Ann Demeulemeester store is pretty good ;-)

I just mean places that might not have existed yet when I was there a year ago.

Didn't need reservations when I ate there last at least, but that was a while back.

Second the fiskebar recommendation, excellent place for lunch after spending some time at the Ann store..

I'm going to Antwerp for a long weekend at the end of next month. Really looking forward to a long night at Kulminator.

Anyone have a hotel recommendation? How about a cafe/breakfast? Also, anyone know if there's a good place to find VB and Margiela from past seasons?

The next big thing re shopping is RA 13, but it'll only open in October: http://www.ra13.be/tidings/ra-tidings.html

Big as in size, 800M², but I don't know if it's going to be that interesting when looking at the brands: http://www.danthescout.com/blog/ra-13-antwerp/, a mix of drama and street. It's very different from what's around now though.

If I remember correctly, Louis Dijksman from Prague in Rotterdam is behind this.
