There are a couple of Odyn Vovk SS threads, but not one for the line alone. So I though we could start one and consolidate as opposed to starting a new one for each successive season.

Here is a glimpse at some F/W 09. Looking good!

they need a decent art director for their lookbook stuff... the ugly type faces/presentation/photos just don't do the clothes any justice. obscur definitely makes his stuff look wayyyyy better in that department.

I think in this case the playfulness of the photos really drive home Austin's Los Angeles background. I am usually all for the more muted side of mood, color, feeling, but at the same time I like to see something not taking itself so seriously or forcing a look which doesn't quite fit in with the atmosphere in which it was designed. Very interested to see what he comes up with in this runway show.....

I'm not going to complain on the clothes, cause this looks reaaaally good. I have a think against old english typefaces though. They've been overused.

I like the viridi-anne boots <3 haha. and the sock-mask. i'm curious about the green coat too. I've always wanted a green coat.

Hear here! The F/W 09 season is a leap from the last season. I'm very happy for him and I say this knowing he has the potential for much more. Keep an eye out for him people! And buy up his offerings while you watch! *qeus Benny Hill theme song* The man delivered.

the background and use of colors...i wonder where his taget market fall under since he has elements from the designers we know already

I really dont see that strong of a resemblence to any other brand. there might be some familiar elements, but at the same time he has a pretty distinguishable style imo.
