Another excellent women's collection from Cornejo, but the mens seems lackluster again. The men's boots were really nice though - which you can't tell from these pictures.Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months - Oscar Wilde

Would love coats if 6 and 21 were simply made in a men's version...
Always appreciated how Maria's clothes embody both masculine and feminine qualities. Wish she would include pieces in her menswear collection that were just slightly altered versions of her womenswear (esp her coats). Similar cuts but for men's proportions.
I have one of her tailored overcoats and love it, but wish I could also have one of her voluminous coats, but made for a man.

^Ha Ha: You're mad!?( ) How weirdly inappropriate..
If you actually make the effort to look at the coats I mentioned, you'll see that they would potentially be two great men's coats.
(Which was my point and not meant as a sweeping criticism of the collection.) I happen to also agree that she is one of the best NY has to offer.
But even if my comment applies to 1000 designers, it doesn't make it any less true in this case.
Please descend from your high-horse and allow others to express their perspective without unnecessary judgement.

/\ I think you misinterpreted lowrey's genuine wish that many designers would up the ante on their menswear. Jeez, everyone is so fucking sensitive today.Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months - Oscar Wilde
