Will not happen in the foreseeable future, things are being blown out of proportion. The much smaller menswear market is experimenting greater growth thanks to nouveau riche Chinese buying logo Gucci sneakers, hurray! LVMH bought Brioni, great, now they'll cut costs, drop the Roman bespoke operation and keep the made to measure one they offer in many places. YaY!
Selling CCP, Harnden, Raf, Rick etc.

What is "good"? I'd like dying practices to remain alive although I aknowledge that mass production is needed to sustain a global population. Therefore I am not happy when bespoke or artisan operations are endangered, especially where fasion giants just need to add another brand cachet to their portfolio and don't care that much about quality as long as editorials from Forbes will say they're "the best".

Perhaps not necessarily true here on SZ, but I read somewhere that men don't shop as much as women, but when they do, men tend to spend more at a time.

I guess guys are realizing there's more they can do with their money than spend it on booze, girls, and cars.

Aside from fashion, I would say there are a lot more guys who are "foodies" nowadays.

Yes; what I was trying to get at. More of whether there is a larger company that has maintained ethics n vision

Oftentimes it's because they are shopping for the women in their lives. LOL However, men like to dress nice and wear nice jewelry, shoes, and watches. I know many men who do.
