    Cracked White Denim

    http://love-aesthetics.blogspot.com/...ked-denim.html

Trying this on an old pair of black jeans from OAK that I never wear... with post pics as soon as I find paint and time.

      FYI, painting jeans destroys breathability
I still wear a pair that I painted black almost every day

My favorite pair of jeans was painted with acrylic SPRAYpaint and then ironed... And it's very breathable. I don't like the looks of the liquid paint to be honest, looks messy and way over the top to me - the spray binds to the fabric and looks like wax.

I've done this before. It works pretty well if you mix it with a bit of acrylic gloss and then press it down with an iron with a piece of wax paper in between. It definitely destroys breath-ability but we must suffer for fashion right

OV did a spray version of something like this except it's a black paint on light blue denim. You can only see the denim color around the belt loops and fly and in some creasing by the hem. Its a lot more subtle than heavy paint but if I did it, I'd have to try a flat black paint on gray jeans. I'm sure I have a pair I could sacrifice in the name of experimentation. I like the look of the margiela for someone else but I could never pull off anything that white.

Trentk, isn't the painting cracking off piece by piece the more you wear them?

I would assume they spread dried paint all over at sit downs or just by moving your knees... Looks cool, though!
