Sorry for the late reply - just touched down in Paris this morning at 2:30am... been rolling around in bed jet lagged as a motherfucker

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you all very much for the support and kind words. I am glad that some of you like the direction we are heading... designing this collection was probably one of the most challenging things we have gone through as a label...

Working with new fabrications, silhouettes, and especially coming from Australia, resources to great makers are quite limited.

All of the tailored blazers are now fully canvased with horse-hair which is a first for us...

The Throne collar blazer is made out of 100% Virgin Wool - I'll make sure we take some pictures from the showroom in the next few days so you guys can see the details of the garments.

All the shoes are part of the on-going collab that we do with Andrew McDonald. There are 4 styles available. A full length boot, half boot, a derby and the leather sneaker. Quite different aesthetically to what we have done last season... SS13's range was much cleaner, this time the footwear are a lot more grotesgue.

im really thinking this is my favorite collection thus far. it is really spectacular in what it incorporates and how it builds on the ideas (the evolution of the cocoon jacket is great and quintessentially SFTM

Every season SFTM is progressing wonderfully. I could literally wear every piece in this collection everyday and it looks amazing. The model, the lighting, overall a great collection and presentation.

well, if you want a serious response, i can see two reasons why someone would dig on leggings and shorts

dandyism; you know, like breeches and stockinghose. like george washington. mite b a good look

fear; it's like a skirt (kilt, for kanye west) and leggings for people who are afraid they might flash chonies

i guess a third one: everyone else is doing it

but i like it here in this collection

I love this one, very impressive collection. I always liked Song For The Mute for their attention to proportions and the great jackets but this is their best effort up to date. Congrats. This is the second best of the season for me (Boris comes first).
