Eudermine. Shiseido's oldest product, dating back to 1897. It's essentially a glorified toner, ridiculously over-priced, and totally irresistible. Even the bottle is amazing. People usually think it's a perfume – not something you saturate a cotton ball with and rub over your face

a full-size fridge i'm tossing to get a smaller under-counter one, and for some reason tiny appliances costs 3x more than full-sized ones..

My beloved Laguiole "ladies" pen knife with horn handle. One summer when I was still in my teens, I worked in SW France, lived in a tent for two months, bought nothing and then blew all my money on this knife. Sound familiar anyone?

Also,

French fil de lin (pure linen) dowry sheets made from 1890-1930.
I wash mine by hand using a gentle detergent for vintage linens and then rinse with water with a touch of vinegar and a few drops of essence of clary sage.



Costs less than an Ann D t-shirt or a cheap Ikea duvet and will last a lifetime if taken care of.
