The Iconic is an Australian based online store that seemingly sprung out of nowhere, first visible through full scale online and print advertising and then later with tv adverts.
The idea was to challenge the existing online retailers on service, offering same day shipping, free over night shipping, 100 day returns period. All things which are likely more common in other parts of the world, but were largely unheard of in Australia - at least on this scale.
The costs appear, however, to be unsustainable.
