How to fix nail punctured through A1923 llama leather sneaker?

Hey Sz-ers, I'm new here and I shall get to the point. I've recently brought a pair of A1923 sneakers online and when it arrived and I slipped it on, I realized that there is a nail punctured through the leather sole on the left sneaker at least 3mm in length and obviously it could not be worn. I was wondering does anybody know how to fix this problem?

    Thanks,
    Richard.

Return them ASAP? Being 'unfit for purpose' (not wearable) means that their sale was illegal, even if it was just through PayPal.

Short of returning them the only thing i would say you could really do is to bend the nail head over with some pliers, then bash it back down over itself and into the shoe so you can wear it without any risk of it pushing back up into your foot

well, besides returning them, taking them to cobbler would be more rational than fixing it yourself
