Search for free Japan Proxy list on google. And also search how to set it in your browser.

Or if you can spend some money, buy some good proxy software ;)

Last week I used Buyee, which was advertised straight on Yahoo Auctions and it was flawless.

I've also been using Buyee for a little while now as well and the experience has been great.

Tried Dejapan recently, great experience and somehow zero fees (some tax law they take advantage of in Japan).

Zenmarket has been a breeze for Japanese shopping. Easy to use interface. Access to Rakuten, amazon, yahoo auctions directly from their site. They’ll also buy pretty much anything for you if you can send them a product link. Approx ¥300 per purchase in terms of fees and they’ll consolidate multiple purchases into one shipment abroad.
