WTB: Rick Owens Ramones Sneaker Boot 43ish B/W Leather Without Red Sole

I am looking for a pair of Rick Owens "Sneaker Boot" Ramones with the long tongue in black and white (the ones he always used to wear) in leather at around size 43 without the red sole problem.

I have wanted some of these for years, and I don't want to buy the new ones b/c they all seem to have the red sole problem when they come up second hand, so I don't want to risk buying them new and having the same problem.
