      That does look fantastic.

Strongest collection I've seen from them in a good while. The textures are fantastic. I'm very interested to see more.

TVA are consistently batting strongly. The leather I picked up from last season is the best I've ever owned.

All these shots look great (especially the leather!)

At times, I feel like I'll be mildly ostracized for saying so, as if it's not cool, but perhaps that's just in my head--I really very much like the Viridi-Anne, season after season, even if it's often after the fact and when I see the pieces as standalone items.

I know the feeling. I haven't posted here much but in reading up on all the old threads it seems like people disparage tva as being boring or uncreative but I see it as sticking to a look, however simple, and doing it well consistently. There are enough themes, materials, and silhouettes to make their lookbooks instantly recognizable but enough variation from season to season to keep things interesting.

The pieces often appear simple but have a lot more details than are visible at first glance.

I dislike that "The Viridi Anne" is so htf over here in Germany/Europe as just a few online-shops have TVA-items listed and when visiting Tokio two years ago even local stockists ran out of stock of most of my desire'able items...

did you check out their flagship store? it's an amazingly beautiful space ans usually has you covered, even in gajin sizes.

No, but thanks, that's a good idea in case i'll be there again, just spent 10 days in Tokio, would have needed probably a few more weeks to find all interesting boutiques and brandstores. At least i was at the CDG-flagship-store and i still bite my a** that i didn't grab a few items i later wasn't able to find anywhere else.
                        ;)

TVA keeps getting better and better, definitely right up my alley.
We hope that people will begin to see beyond the superficial surface of things and understand that there is far more to a design than just the way it looks on the outside.

this is still somewhat true but, they are carrying less and less larger sizes at the flag ship every year. still very much a must go imo. what i find very interesting is that some EU shops will get size 6 from TVA which they never really sell outright and i wonder if its custom orders?
