A couple of the very minimalist pieces I love, skews towards Jil Sander/old Balenciaga shapes.

The rest seems like a color & fabric palette adapted for Brooks Brothers...and the massive bags

          Not loving so much
          It's absolutely Hedious!

Looking forward to see what actually makes it into the stores. Going for a younger buyer, or at least someone not afraid to wear a plum velvet suit. This may alienate the Russian oligarch contingent, which tends to be the Berluti customer. One of my fave shows of the season.

I would happily wear quite a lot of this. Like it.
Hi. I like your necklace. - It's actually a rape whistle, but the whistle part fell off.

I like this a lot, and would definitely wear it if I wasn't still in school. I feel like this hits what Brioni seemed to be trying for, which was "classic" clothes that have a bit of an edge to them.

I think that he did a great job considering the context of Berlutti.
This is my favorite collection in terms of wearability.

I guess I should clarify my comments. I'm a big Haider fan, I've got enough of his stuff in my closet to pull of a Edwardian louche dandy quite effectively if I wanted to.

I think the point I was trying to make here was that it seemed to be more like Haider toned tone for Berluti...

Well now I'm just reiterating what Ian said above "he did a great job considering the context of Berluti"

I will be curious to see it in person

Exactly, I think this was the goal to be honest.

                          Looks lovely,
                          I quite like it.
“You know,” he says, with a resilient smile, “it is a hard world for poets.”

Anticipating the sticker shock on the crocodile bags.
