During PFW in January this year I was visiting the No Season showroom to explore Yang Li's latest collection.
The friendly staff from their also suggested me to look at the latest collection from JUNLI, at designer hailing from Shangai.

He studied in London and showed his first collection in 2015, and since then evolved with every collection.
After the flood of new labels and clothes during Fashion Week, this collection stood out to me.
The quality was good, and the Jun centers every one of his collections around a scenery, this one called Twilight Samurai.

What inspired me the most, were the details and their story. For example the pattern on the coat resembles the shadow of flowers, the metallic colour recreates the japanese sunset and the laser-cut detail is a nod to the japanese traditional packaging of eggs and coffee, ...
