the demeulemeester pants that casius and i purchased are different than the ones you have andrew. ours are black, full leg length, with a vertical slit in the back of the pants. i think the composition is 60% wool 40% ramie or whatever. the medium fit me perfectly, and i wear sz 31 jeans. the vertical at the back of the hem made me hesitant in buying them at first because they kinda seemed like pirate pants, but i think the vertical slit allows it to be worn and have different looks.

i bet the pants you have are awesome. :)

Casius, why would you order pants without seeing what they look like on? Are you willing to learn to like them or the fit because it is AD? This always amazes me.

He might not accsess to them wher he is currently living and if he doesn't like the fit he could always return them

I've seen the pants before when I made a trip out to NY before but didn't have near enough money to spend when they were full price. Also, there are not very many places that sell Ann D in LA (in fact I don't know of any! I called Maxfield and they don't have it anymore).

I'm not too picky, if it works, it works, if it doesn't, then someone else will get a great pair of pants. [:)] Thanks for the concern though....

Normally wouldnt make a post about a tee shirt, but I just got a LUC tee and I have to say that it is awesome! Soft cotton, slightly burnt edges (lazer?), long seem in the back, neck that goes quite high in the back. The seems are finished on both the inside and outside so it can be worn either side... not that it really changes anything on a white tee though. Priced better than RO and Ann D.

You know why? Because the owners uncle is the owner of L'Éclaireur in Paris. So he gets most of his ideas fromt here. Thats what he told me in not so many words. His manager told me the same thing though

Finally got a bottle of Eau Noir today. Also Amino Acid shampoo and Amber scented body wash at Kiehls, call it a Valentine's day present to myself. (really I'm not that pathetic, but my valentine is now many states away)
