tomatous – I really, really respect how you envisioned exactly what you wanted, and literally made it happen. Moreover, the fact that you are sharing with us each step of your creative process in the making of those killer black leather fingerless gloves in the DIY thread captures the true spirit of community members like you bring to the table. Quality participation on SZ remains high because of members like you.
Bai – When you said 'island', I was envisioning something entirely different, LOL. I don't see a straw hat. You seldom take a bad photo, do you?
doppel – Do you know how happy I am that you're posting? Ann suits you. I'd like to see that neckline to the underpinning taken down closer to the jacket's stance. IMHO, it 'closes you up' too much when they get too visible; just a bit lower and it'd look considerably more proportionate. That small bit of difference surprisingly makes a huge difference, in my experience.
BTW, I have the knee version of this boot. They always keep their 'newness', no matter how often I wear them. True with you, too?
