I usually wouldn't want to wear these items in tandem with one another, but for some reason it didn't seem like that bad an idea at the time. It's actually really hard to pair that jacket with anything at all, I can't remember what I used to wear it with but it probably looked even worse. I could throw on a life preserver and see if that works better?

I don't think it looks horrible...if you wear a lot of denim, it's hard to mix in a jean jacket sometimes because if they're too close you get Denim Tuxedo and if they're too different, you get Clash of the Denim.
Wear it with anything dark/casual and non-denim and you should be good to go. Maybe a lighter/longer shirt that breaks up the line between your top and bottom to give it some contrast.
I haven't posted a WAYWT so I can't be too critical...just offering some suggestions.

You should definitely post one, it feels sort of like going in to get tested for STD's. Your pretty sure that you're clean, but there's no way to be 100% sure and after you're done you just wait around for the test results.
