    Re: Sizing help

I have a pair, but I can't even find the size inside (does anyone know how to read it? I feel like an idiot) and when I bought them I only asked for the biggest they had. Maybe Seventh knows since he got that super nice pair on eBay :)

maybe this question shouldn't be asked here but, is there any brand with really small suits? would be nice if they were cheaper than lad musician.

You can find very inexpensive small suits on yahoo auctions. If not made by Lad Musician then by Julius, Roen, NonJING, Roar, or any other of those Japan-specific brands. You should be able to get one in the $400-600 range!

Current season's Band of Outsiders suits are outstanding quality, mand by hand in a small atelier in Brooklyn, and they are tiny, a la Thom Browne. I think a suit is about $1500.

They run true to size, so they might be a little big for you. It maybe worth a try, because it's only $5 to return them.

How would you compare them to TB in terms cut/contruction/detailing, I know you're not a big suit fan...

I did not try the suit on so I can't really speak about the cut (but it looked very slim), but the fabric looked no worse than stuff that Spencer Hart does, which IMO blows TB out of the water. It was luxurious, silky smooth wool of medium weight, nothing flimsy.

Damn, I was at Barneys CO-OP yesterday and held a pair of Butteros in my hands, but decided not to try them on. Are you also on SuperFuture? Minya has a pair, ask him.
