Sorry to hear that, Albert. They've messed up my orders in the past as well. Yes, selling the shearling at a little profit was nice (moreover that I used the money to buy the size up). Sending it out today to some lucky chap in Japan.

I've never had this happen to me, but I'm curious to know how they go about remedying these instances. Do you still have to pay the restocking fee or is it a relatively pleasant return/refund experience?

thanks for the tip guys, the pp@yoox worked once again! i ordered a neil barrett waxed m65 and knit henley, so it wasn't a huge purchase but still at $500, i saved $35 (including shipping).

i've had great success w/ yoox regarding returns and shipping. just returned a rick owens blazer and got paid a refund in about 8 days of them receiving it...i believe the turnaround time is quicker than before.
