I tried a few different things and all of them worked...try clearing your browser's cache/cookies...yoox stores a lot of info on your computer. Otherwise, send them an email.

Criterium is that the items were already in your dreambox at the time of launching the promotion.usually,adding things to your dreambox after the promotion has started wont entitle these for the further dreambox discount.
