Arse is a pretty exclusive store... it's one of those everyone knows where it is but few actually venture there because it's difficult to get through the door type places. Very much "behind the scenes."

Their pieces are a bit dingy but buy them for poo-cheap prices, take them home, give them a good cleaning (as per CCP/Cdiem instructions) and they're good to go. Who can say no to up to 80% off of CCP retail?! I personally stocked up on a crapload. So much so that I'm actually looking to dump some on an unsuspecting (lucky?) person.

actually sometimes Arse can be heavily trafficked, especially during the holidays and sale seasons.

That's true as well. I tried to avoid it during these times. Not only are the items remaining total crap, but so many visitors go in and out of there that the location becomes more "well-used"
