^ damn, it's for the better I suppose. I haven't seen anyone here comment on the combat soled blue/grey/green CCPs that have shown up on ebay and at Maxfields. What season are they from (SA at Maxfields didn't know)? I liked the leather treatment, but I felt the look was a little off for CCP. Hoping to find out which season as to get a clue as to where his head was at when he did them.. I'll look for a pic I might have.

As a followup to this. I emailed CCP and they said that this piece wasn't intended to go with every trouser that had this waistband. I asked to see if they could send me one anyways, we shall see.

As I can see from some previous posts I have similar problem with my paper-cottom pants from FW 2007/2008 - I mean the materialtears apart. Would you please advice the CCP's customer service e-mail so may be they can help with some repair ...
