alright so since i don't have the luxury of trying on a 3...
so the crotch is dropped low (the design of course), but i don't know if i'd be better off returning these and seeking a 3. i do have to tie the waist tight to keep them from moving around - although they fit without tying.

with boots and shoes. (sorry i didn't tuck properly as i was in a rush...)

thoughts?

they don't look bad... any idea what the leg width would be like on a 3 vs the 4? If it's not going to be too much slimmer then I'd say stick with these bad boys.
