things like this are a bit hard to gauge without trying them on. i didn't think the kris van assche twisted collar blazers would work too well, but they actually are great. the double lapels that mcqueen did last season (i think) looked excessive but they wore nicely. now this is going out on a limb... too extreme?

I think playing with symmetry can be really interesting, but I'm having to think really hard about whether this is a yes or no. It seems a little bit extreme for me personally, and it seems like it might even be a little extreme for you coldrice. I'm trying to imagine it being worn and it seems like if I saw it on I'd still think it lent a little more towards a little "strange" than really "interesting." I might change my mind later if I think about it some more, but that's my first reaction.

I have to echo the others. I wish you could try it on before buying. If it was not such an extreme assymetry, I'd say go for it in a flash.

If you're going to pay Dior homme prices and want the same fit, I'd recommend wjk/akm. The quality and finish on their pieces are much better for the money.

i owned this before actually- in brown. great jacket, great leather- i sold it before i went off to asia for some money.
now i can get it again now for a pretty good price- yay or nay?

I like the Collection Privee more. I really dislike elastic bottoms on jackets, especially with leather, but hey, that's just me.

The elastic bottom is a big turn off for me, I like the first leather jacket you posted though.
