WInQ.. actually thats why I love about the soft leather because it is SO thin and buttery soft.. it is great if you travel alot and need a light jacket to take you onto the plan and easy to slip on and keep you warm when it is cold. I have actually the opposite reaction to the thick leather.. although Chim likes it I don't like the thick leather. I find it too 'made it china' feel. Yes it is thick and strong and can stand the test of time of wear and tear but.. on the same premise that it is too made in china for me that I am still finding it difficult to pay 2K for it

Ok this doesn't have to do with anything in recent discussion but I thought it was funny.

I ran into one of my old design teachers and we were talking about my line and he asked me what designers I was into and I mentioned Rick Owens. And he described Rick as "The chicest nuclear fallout clothes". I didn't really think about it this way but look at his stuff now I think it's so true and awesome haha. Thought you guys might enjoy that little bit.

Was this the jacket Mindtrive had for what seems like 5 minutes before completely selling out ? It looked awesome on the site .

seems the rick combat boots this season arent so bad after all..(the last few pics i've seen made them look something like timberlands)

Those pictures make them look even better too. I just really like the ruggedness of them; Those soles look they can withstand anything!

nycd- As per Chris' investigation; Barneys is the only store who ordered them, but they only have the olive color (darkshadow).

The have the combat boots in black at a store here in Montreal. Really thinking of getting them, they are just perfect!
