Hi, I need a legit check on these Geobaskets.






The seller says they are legit but I just need to be safe.

So there are two things that cause me to question these geobaskets.
1. the stitching on the top tongue pull tab overalps on the right shoe
2. it looks like there are two vertical stitches on the back above the sole (I have only ever seen 1, but they may have been made with 2 at some point, not sure)

I would steer clear, but someone with a little more knowledge can probably give better advice.

Also, you can get new cream ones for around $400 from reputable stores right now if you look around

This was a one-off colorway/material Rick did one season. Legit, thought I don't know why in the world you'd want these.

rick lowtops are fake. as zam point out "made in america".....
yoox buys are real, you can get odd things out of season but it doesnt discredit their authenticity. i'd feel safe with them.
silver ricks are real but also i can echo faust's sentiment.
there's a reason geo's hit nearly 400 bux in the ssense sale...

Kinda curious about you guys' thoughts on those all orange/green/grey geobaskets from current and last season. I am talking about this:

Yeah, I think they're pretty bad. As popular/prevalent as the Geobasket silhouette has become, these pop colors just make them look like they've fully succumbed to whatever trend they were being pushed toward. I try to think of other designers like BBS that make sneakers in a singular blue or red but these same colors just look really bad on the Geobasket, the white laces definitely add to the hurt.
