I like all of it! I love the uneven check/pinstripe coat, very innovative. The review is harsh and not on point at all.

I knew it! (see F/W 08 predictions) The pants are loosening up and the jackets are tightening up (well some of them).

Much of this (the color pallette, shearling, sweaters) is reminiscent of Jil's first collection after she returned (F/W 04 I think). The use of shearling is a clever intersection between Raf and Jil, it's something she's done for many seasons, while Raf also did some funky things with shearling like this:

Overall I really like it, some of the suits are still a miss for me (I preferred big jackets with skinny pants over big jackets and now fuller pants). It seems forward looking and modern but it's now much warmer and richer than the first two collections. Damn, why do there have to be so many covetable jackets? From a practicality standpoint, I wish there wasn't so much leather/shearling because it will be insanely expensive! and I just can't get into wearing leather...
