I have spent like three days trying to remember the artist that I've always wanted a tatoo from, and she's the only one I've ever thought that about. Seems like her drawings are far too complex for that too work, though, but here's a few of the pieces I've always thought would make good tatoos, if modified somewhat or even left alone:

That is definitely possible to ink. This guy can do it: Anil Gupta . I'm just a bit worried about how fine lines will look down the line. Too tight of a line might be muddy in years.
i think i've seen a pic where you had maybe a tattoo of a frame(?) on the back of your left arm? is that the woodcut style one you're talking about. for the longest time i wanted a tattoo of a holbein sketch of a dagger but i couldn't find a better picture of the one i wanted.
I didn't post any of photo of that woodcut tatttoo yet... so you're really not seeing anything. I just mentioned it for you to imagine what might have influenced my designs. [:D]
Haha, that's pretty cool, please post pics when it's done. For some reason I've always wanted a huge glass of water on my torso as a tattoo. For some other weird reason, I always think of Rei Kawakubo while vacuuming my place... go figure.
Just thought i'd tell anyone who cares that I'm getting a Rei Kawakubo tattoo.! lol

why? I don't know.

stupid, crazy, yeah, maybe....I have others that I regret so why not one more!

I'll will post a pic when I get it next weekendfor shitsngiggles.

Haha, do it, it would be fun! Do you mean like a portrait of her? I've
been toying around the idea of giving a girl a tattoo as an engaging
ring. Diamonds are not forever, tattoos are. Anyways, here's my new
ink, line art from last night, shading to follow.
Dude, that looks awesome! The shading came out great! So did you go back the day after to have that finished, or was the first pic from a week or so ago?
"because the young are whores. dealers come to carol to get the rock"
Yes the night after, it was supposed to be completed in one seating, however the artist was running late and the studio had to close shop. Great guy here's his portfolio site:
