Just thought I would link another comparison between the E-P2 and GF1. The noise level for the E-P2 are better than the GF1 in this test, which is the opposite to the previous review I linked... can someone with more experience shed some light?

He used the Panasonic lens on the Olympus camera.

In the end they're pretty equal in terms of image quality. I'd personally get the GF1 because it has the nicer EVF, looks better (the E-P2 looks kinda tacky in real life while the GF1 reminds me of an IBM Thinkpad), and because Panasonic has gained a reputation of making great cameras over the past few years whereas the E-P is Olympus' first recovery from years of mediocre products.

That being said I've had my LX3 for two years now and it's still treating me well.

i've been looking forever for a cheap betterlight scan back. my holy grail of all capture devices. i want to rig this above someones bed and scan them sleeping..

In all honesty, Hedi isn't really a fantastic photographer, is he? Different tastes though I guess.

i question these designers/pop stars/models that crossover to photography.

for example, karl lagerfeld the photographer. there's no way you can look through a viewfinder wearing fucking sunglasses all the time..

Hedi isn't that great of a photographer, you're right, I was just wondering what he uses.

note that the p65 is just a digital back. the actual camera and lens he uses is unknown. either contax, mamiya, or hasselblad Hx cameras systems.

fyi...Leica is at the NY Photo Festival, there booth is in the back of Powerhouse...they're lending out M9 cameras with 35mm summarit lenses for four hour trials....
