Have you tried going to your local jewler? They could probably work with you (the same way a tailor would for bespoke clothing) to create the ring.

I was looking for that myself. I was able to track it down to Harputs, but the SA told me he literally sold-out of the ring a few minutes before my phone call.

I think it's a Westcoast/california/rock-n-roll/motorcycle thing. I hate lumping them all together, but LA-SoCal has a bunch of silversmiths that have their own spin on those (skulls, crowns, fleur de lis, gothic lettering, etc) design motifs: BWL, Chrome Hearts, One Too Many, Tony Creed, Royal Order, King Baby, Travis Walker, Soffer Ari, A&G, etc.

Personally, I think BWL is head and shoulders above the rest.
