Emailed MixMix and asked if they where gonna put it on sale, but haven't heard anything yet.

^ I don't know what's going on with MixMix. They never seem to update their site and they are always so hard to get in contact with, even by phone, in my experience.

it's been mentioned on this forum before that some stores like MixMix use Y!JP auctions to try to move old inventory, probably because they might be able to get more money out of the Japanese market than discounting.

MixMix is also in Hawaii so a large part of their customer base is probably from Japan anyway so it makes sense. AlohaRag for instance even has a japanese language option for their online store so it should be pretty apparent how important that market is.
