The tFS member "UGG" has one of those piglets in her livingroom. You can check you the WAYWT-thread to see how it looks "IRL". It's great. I had actually been looking for it.

        EDIT: Here it is http://www.thefashionspot.com/forums...ostcount=23390

SENZ Umbrella

Cuts through and deflects the wind, and apparently never flips. A longer tail to protect those heels as well.

You can take it skydiving for fun as well.
That video was pretty crazy... it also reaffirms how much I never ever want to go skydiving.

I'm going to admit I'm not a good gift giver, you get booze or you're gettin' nothing! But this is something that I've had my eye on for a while, from barkshop.com

I'm not going to lie, that was waaay too many acronyms for me. I'm new at this, take it easy! haha. I figured out WAYWT but I'm unsure about tFS and I can't find the user UGG?

It's even better in gold. I love Harry Allen and his Areaware stuff - I got one as a gift for my friend last year... or two years ago, can't remember now.

where do these threads come from? is there a hidden vault somewhere?
Faust I applaud your effort to locate a gift suitable enough for lowrey if he lands that near impossible ccp interview. I'd chip in to that gift too -- at this point you gotta say it's what 20-1?
One wonders where it will end, when everything has become gay.

/\ you gotta change your preference for each subforum. go in say "shopping and personal style" and in the lower left corner you'll see "view posts" drop down menu - select "start from the beginnig."

20-1 at least, probably more now.

you know they say it's taboo to give blades as gifts... will eventually curse the relation btwn giver of gift and receiver of gift... call me superstitious but it's happened to me...

                        beautiful 'artifact' nevertheless...

A not so curious, but very well made and usable gift, is a notebook from this place in Florence:

They ship internationally and i think they got a store in N.Y. as well.
They make their own paper, and wonderful thick leather notebooks with the best paper quality and they also do adress/note books that resemble old bibles.
All handmade and very very nice.

Personally, I am a big fan of Postalco. They're japan-based, although the designer and founder is originally from new york. They have very high quality notebooks, document holders and leather goods:

They've got some limited US distribution at South Willard and a few other places. Don't go for their Opening Ceremony collaboration, as OC rips you off and it's just not that cool.
