this channel is the ruin of my social life.... I can't tear myself away from the computer to stop watching their lectures."He described this initial impetus as like discovering that they both were looking at the same intriguing specific tropical fish, with attempts to understand it leading to a huge ferocious formalism he characterizes as a shark that leapt out of the tank."

Here's a Rick Owens interview from a few years back. Not that it itself is that interesting (it can be). At around 1.40 in the video he talks about Comme des Garcons and that he wasn't "going to be them". Now I know the brand a bit but here and there I see comments saying how big of an influence the brand has been at that it has done something very special to the world of fashion. Can anyone hook me up with a link with a history lesson on this subject? :)

I'm sure everyone knows Turner, but still..."He described this initial impetus as like discovering that they both were looking at the same intriguing specific tropical fish, with attempts to understand it leading to a huge ferocious formalism he characterizes as a shark that leapt out of the tank."
