Repair zip and reline leather jacket...

My rick owens leather ( calf intarsia 09, nicest leather ever made ;) ) is the worse for wear, all the pockets are ripped open and it also needs a new zip.

Where is the best place to get this done? I'm in Berlin so a local place if possible, otherwise don't mind send it away for a few weeks if a good job is done.
