Had the chance to participate in vernissage opening Zdzisław Beksiński exhibition here in Warsaw. Truly enjoyable experience, will come back to the exhibition definitly as the price is laughable and well, today the space was pretty much crowded. I took some photographs altough the lightining was shit and I brought definitly the wrong lens and forgot to take flash with so the photos aren't any good but still I'll share my two favorites from the exhibition. There were 100 paintings, 100 drawings and 50 photographs exhibited. I wasn't drawn to the drawings too much (I like the ideas, I don't like his style of working with those so much) but the paintings are amazing, really impressive in person. I also never really looked into his photographic work apart from few known works but I must say I must repair this mistake because I really liked what I have seen, if not loved it. Just a bid dissapointed a few of my favorite paintings from him weren't displayed but still very happy with what was there, really great art.

The colours on this one are truly amazing in person, such a great piece of art.
