Definitely the scene in In the Mood for Love when the woman is walking to get noodles. I can't wait for a Blu-Ray of that movie - the colors are just fucking intense...
I know you were talking about specific scenes, but I haven't ever had a score resonate with me the way Johnny Greenwood's incredible score for "There Will Be Blood" did.
I mean just pick any scene: the dissonance and spare strings are just as vital to that film as Day-Lewis's remarkable acting.
