bladerunner's soundtrack i always thought was great, but didn't feel like it fit right to me... (as i listen to Brian Eno Ambient 2... strangely similar...)

that movie was one of the few ones that actually alllllmost made me cry.

I watched it on a plane on the tiny ass screen 12" from my face. I can only imagine what it was like on the big screen.

What a beautiful piece and beautiful story. Totally doesn't get credit or props... at least nowhere near what it deserves.

Chinorlz Im glad to learn im not the only one! the whole ascending scene near the end is epic with "death is the road to awe". its like the slowly built up emotions all of a sudden burst out in every directions in the way of falling stars. such force! a post-modern "a day in the life" e-chord finale madness.

i'm not talking about a soundtrack...that's way too easy...i'm talking about a specific scene that visually and sonically melds together in a way that is better than a perfect grilled cheese sandwich.
i'm talking about the q lazzarus "goodbye horses" it puts the lotion in the basket scene.
    I WANT SCENES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ok here's one
opening scene of godard's contempt, the relationship between the filmic apparatus and the audience bared while delerue's stunning score sets up the next scene as the colors of the french flag play out in filters across bardot body and finally ass.
