Sure, that's why I said "usual" instead of "always"

I badly want the hydrangea print one, but I love the one I've already got.. dual layered:

off topic, but this reminds me I need a haircut..

That's interesting I've never thought of that distinction before. I'm not sure there is a meaningful one actually. "Always" and "usually" certainly have different literal meanings (something like "invariably" as opposed to "most of the time"), but when used in the context of the phrasing "as usual/always", I think they're interchangeable, used to connote habitual behavior.

I thought it was a part of your profession to distinguish such loopholes?
BTW, did you get my PM the other day?

Yes, sorry I did. Was half way through responding and got interrupted. Will get back to you!

PS i had exactly the same thought about the waistcoat photo as Laika. I don't always agree with what she says but I usually do.

The waistcoats that Faust and Almroth posted are the ones I've wanted for quite a while.

                I have these:

                Virgin wool/ramie from FW 06.07

                Hydrangea-printed from F/W 08.09

She does, and i assume will always, have the niche on them. I still can't image buying a waistecoat/vest from anyone but her. So many lovely cuts...if i had to choose one as my very favorite it would be this:

the overall look is just perfect.

this thread has inspired me so i pulled the trigger and picked up one of the reversible flower printed wcs from fw08 - same item baizilla is wearing in the last picture. should be waiting for me when i get back from my biz trip tomorrow. cannot wait.

One wonders where it will end, when everything has become gay.
