? (Even though I know it looks a bit like a Rick jacket to begin with, but bear with me)

I think Doma stuff goes well with other designers, and could even see some pieces being wearable with chucks or whatever.

I totally agree with BeauXI (great look by the way!).
i got quite a few pieces, tees, hoodies, and a shirt which works very well with close to everything else i wear...
Friend of mine got the ss09 black leather (the one that's also available in python) and he wears that with RO tops, Julius and DH jeans and it works... Very nice cut and great feel to the leather.
He ordinarily wears RO leather, but this specific jacket really stands out. Simple, almost elegant while it still has that special something.

While I understand what you're saying, I have to agree with quiet noise. To me, the value of a basic item like a tee/longsleeve etc is derived from the overarching aesthetic direction and concept of a particular collection.
thats not what he was saying or at least not what I was commenting on. thats why I bolded the parts I was commenting on. I was referring to the remarks about wearability and integrating the garments into an outfit or a wardrobe.

Some designers mix well with others, some don't. There is overlap, attraction and repelling. It's mostly the archetypal silhouette that each one has. A long Damir Doma coat won't work with Rick sneakers, or much Rick, because they come from totally different worlds. It's not very complex, imo.

why was the stock switched out? or is that the back room?
One wonders where it will end, when everything has become gay.

I like his glass displays for the belts and accessories. Did you get to examine and handle many of the pieces in the showroom? Did you walk away with any standout pieces in your mind?

In my head these two statements contradict eachother.

they have a life of their own, but no identity?
