Too many albums to mention to have an overarching top 10, so I'll do top 10 of 2015 in no particular order:

    Viet Cong - S/T
Kendrick Lamar - To Pimp a Butterfly
Aphex Twin - Computer Controlled Instruments pt2 EP
Pile - You're Better Than This
Godspeed You! Black Emperor - Asunder, Sweet and Other Distress
    Flouride - Material
Ryan Adams - Live at Carnegie Hall, 1989
Alabama Shakes - Sound and Color
    Blanck Mass - Dumb Flesh
    Desaparecidos - Payola
Girl Band - The Early Years EP
    Jamie xx - In Colour
    Ought - Sun Coming Down
    Carly Rae Jepsen - Emotion
    Meat Wave - Delusion Moon

    Hope that's 10, I'm bad at math.

TPAB is fucking incredible. The Blacker the Berry is one of the better hip hop tracks I've ever heard.

Even more of my favorites. Paul Anderson is a director who hasn't disappointed me yet for obvious reasons and Davis is the only jazz musician I'll put above Coltrane. Bitches Brew is easily one of the greatest albums of all time.

The buildup to the final verse is fantastic. I have a soft spot for "Mortal Man" only because of the Tupac interview.

There's more than enough content to do so. He already has another solo album planned for an October release. He does spoken word better than most.

En. oh easily, incredible career considering longevity and quality throughout. the spoken word elements in universal themes, especially at the end of this is my first day are incredible. his solo work still trumps it all though, hence my inclusion of perils from the sea. the production is good, but the lyrics of it are far and above his best, it's the propensity for verbosity and stream-of-conciousness mixed perfectly with the emotion and precision of his words.

Always good to see someone who likes dub techno. Got any other dub techno artists you like?

Fantastic list - I might have picked L'Avventura over The Passenger, but it is hard to argue with this.

Same track I was thinking about. Still gets me when he talks about his flip phone and ends it on a positive note. Even "War On Drugs: Suck My Cuck" is pretty great lol.

What I like most about the film is the acting, mainly Pattinson's. I don't know what it is about him and Kristen choosing their right roles.

Guy Pearce is a bit tour de force mode as well in that one, perfectly balanced script and all for $6 million.

Not even Magnolia? I found it melodramatic to the point of puking. There Will Be Blood was beyond epic though.

I think Magnolia is probably his weakest work but the melodrama and literal biblical conclusion might've been something of a satire. Never entirely got that one.

Inherent Vice doesn't do a lot for me either but it is very entertaining.
