made me believed i sold fakes myself
my girlfriend bought it for me and she confirms they were AUTHENTIC
she was quite upset that i sold it so i couldn't confirm with her
    until just now
First you say that YOU have paid full retail for the shoes, and then now you have edited it saying your girlfriend got them. The stories directly contradicts, and you accuse BtN of scheming when he has done nothing but taken pictures and show the differences.
And the differences are so substantial you can not deny that the shoes are fake. Unless the Ricks used for comparison (which are mine and completely authentic contrary to some beliefs) are fakes.
The shoes you have sold had been pointed out to be fakes by many different users on SZ and SuFu, and yet you still claim them to be real. If you accuse BtN to be scheming then I accuse you of being blind for not being able to see the obvious.

If your girlfriend is upset that you have sold them, then accept the return and refund, that way, you can restore your reputation.

Here is the email you sent me. Notice the detached tongue

Edited to hide tiger's email address.

Compare that the earlier picture I posted

Like I said, I'm not here to scheme anyone.

yo tiger.. if your claiming that the shoes in the 'fake' pics aren't the ones you sent.. why didn't you just say that?

this story has more twists than CCP

Bring the Noise, for your own and Tiger's benefit, I suggest you black out the email addresses in your screen capture.

please explain to me how that works
When you sell something, do you send first and wait for the money? I hope not for your sake. A refund works the same as buying online, just goes the other way around.
Once BtN gets paid refund through paypal, which is a new transaction, then Tiger will be protected by paypal, therefore BtN will have to (in this case gladly) send the shoes. This way, money will be returned as well as the shoes, while being protected by paypal. Am I wrong?

Its clear from the e-mail picture that THE shoes were in fact owned by Tiger, sold to BtN, and have been fakes the entire time. Be it intentional or unintentional (thanks to the so called "numerous ro 'specialists'").

I'd be very surprised if anyone still thinks this is a scheme. Lets just give paypal a few extra bucks and get things back to the way it was. Tiger with his shoes, and BtN with his money.

I'm sure people would want to hear your side of the story as well, is there a possibility that they are knock-offs and you didn't know about this? taking them back at this point would probably be the best, after which you can figure out what the deal with them is.

I'm not sure if its necessary to do a separate transaction, Paypal has a refund function which also refunds all paypal fees.

otherwise, I agree that returning the shoes and money to their original owners would be the right way of handling it.

If you want to return a product to a store, online or off, will that store give you a refund before receiving the goods back? No. Buyer ships first.

James, I meant it as in buying online from individuals such as from forum members. Sorry if I was unclear, but please read the entire thing instead of between the lines then you will see that by refunding first, both members are protected by Paypal.
Either way, they seem to be working towards a solution and that makes our argument obsolete so lets agree to disagree. You can ship first.
I hope everything works out, good luck Tiger and BtN
