This thread is making me laugh.
Shucks and Johnny, you are so damn right. I had a discussion right here on SZ once about the necessity to say "I would die for this" in a post about the death of Alexander Mcqueen. People say it too easily. I even get embarrassed when I hear it.

My body is acting weird when i read "boho".

The deconstructivist ideals used by the minimalist avant garde designer is just inspired.

+1 to "rock and roll", "punk", "edgy", etc. etc. etc. especially when used to describe something like John Varvatos.

as a bisexual man i can actually relate to this... i guess it is something wich is hard to put into words, but growing up as a boy unable to relate to the masculine ideals and norms, you form a special bond to your mother. for as long as i can remember, i have admired my mothers beauty and femininity. as a child i even wanted to wear her clothes and mimic her verbal and physical language, as i was lucky to inhereit most of her femenine thraits.

Trendunion makes pretty good ones. While most of the forecasts that I've seen will have, say, "raincoats", and then show some illustrations of raincoats and pictures of people in raincoats, TU's forecasts are a bit broader and feature images of people in unusual clothing, pictures that aren't directly related to clothing, color palettes, and swatches of bizarre fabrics. It's like borrowing a designer's notebook at the cost of a big pile of cash.

I might just be a little biased though. The last forecast of theirs I saw featured the color palette from a project of mine nearly verbatim.
