Incredible. I want to dive into that sea of freshly dyed footwear.
let us raise a toast to ancient cotton, rotten voile, gloomy silk, slick carf, decayed goat, inflamed ram, sooty nelton, stifling silk, lazy sheep, bone-dry broad & skinny baffalo.

Thanks for all the great pics, Faust. I've always been curious what the inside of a shoe factory looks like.

          The pictures are great, Faust!

Is the show room for current and next seasons ? The products are finished or sample ?

            You are welcome, everyone.

The showroom is for current and past seasons. I don't exactly understand your last question. In the showroom the products are samples, in the factory it's the production.

I think he means are they prototypes or production samples ? and I would say production samples, right ?

the ones in the factory are production, not prototypes.

795s have a higher heel compared to the 995s.

thanks nictan. any idea as to how much higher? i'm trying to decide between the two, but i'm thinking that at 6'3'' i don't need the extra height so the 995s might work better.

I've owned the 995s and tried on this season's 795s to see if I could discern the difference in the heel height. I didn't notice anything different in terms of how they fit or how tall I was.

Afaik, 7xx's have double sole where as 9xx's have single sole. The higher heel height is represented by a "z" after the number, ie. 795z would be double sole with higher heel.

I'm not very sure about this information, so if someone knows more feel free to correct me.
