Rabbit.. Hmm.. I've only tasted it 3-4 times. From my experience it's very similar to chicken.

So, my brother cooked Chicken Tagine last night. It was as always, very very delicious. Toast some french bread and dig in. Best enjoyed with moroccan music in the background and finish off with some mint tea.

I don't think Rabbit tastes at all like chicken. Definitely similar in texture, but the flavour is more gamey. Game is the best meat, anyone who doesn't eat venison is missing out.

Kangaroo definitely has quite a taste. I remember it being quite sweet but maybe it was just the dish.

Definately just the dish, the meat isn't sweet at all. Good alternative to steak, leaner.

Umhum, it was very lean, would like to give kangaroo a second try, can't seem to find the meat anywhere here.

Yesterday afternoon. Decided to take the old barbeque out for a spin. Theme: Medditeranean, think Marrakech

Did the lamb kofta without a recipe but it was super easy (Minced lamb, parsley, coriander, red onions, a bit of egg white to let it stick). Zucchini tastes unbelievable on the grill. A bit of of salt and pepper, olive oil and that's it.

Yesterday.

Went to a local burger joint for some tasty treats. Iw as craving for a good burger and I got it.

I ordered the Avocado Beef Burger and my date had the All day breakfast burger which is pretty fantastic to say the least.




Later in the afternoon had tea with the family at my garden. My mother makes the best scones this side of town. Wanted to take a picture of the scones but I forgot and all I was left with was but one scone. :(
