WTB: Looking for boots (details inside)

Well, I
need a pair of really good black boots and after my success with
procuring the Cloak sweater I was looking for; I thought I might as well give
it a shot.

The brands
that spring to mind are Ann Demeulemeester, CCP, Carpe Diem, and I am
certainly open to other brands.

I
usually fit a 43.5 (10.5), but I am unsure of the sizing in specific brands. However, if it helps,
for comparison, I know I am a 42.5 in Ann D. boots.

Oh, if anybody has, as Faust refers to them, The
Boots (Ann D. combat boots), definitely let me know:)
