This isn't a very well known brand, but it is Japanese brand that is
basically the equivalent of Loopwheeler/Japanese denim makers but they
make tailored blazers. They use old looms and techniques to weave the
fabric they use to make all of their blazers. This is only sold at
Maxfields LA in the US.

Nice Icho blazer! I almost picked one up a couple of weeks ago, but unfortunately it wasn't on sale. Extremely well made blazers.

P.S. The label is also being sold at Alan Bilzerian here in Boston, but obviously not nearly the same price as what you're asking for.

ah nice i didn't know that. would love to see yours. i was upset because i was going to get this one made out of some crazy thick wool (kind of like a knit sweater) but it was gone when i got back to HK.

Ah, that's a shame... sounds like it would've turned out to be a great jacket. But actually, I didn't end up grabbing the Icho blazer 'cause it wasn't part of the sale over at AB; I "settled" for a Yohji Yamamoto blazer instead haha.
